UPDATE: After the government announcement on Monday 22nd February, it does look like we will be able to open for 29th March. However we are awaiting confirmation to come through from The British Equestrian Federation. Once this is confirmed both the website and the Facebook page will be updated
ACTIVITY SCHEDULE FOR FEBRUARY HALF TERM 2021 – CANCELLED DUE TO NATIONAL LOCKDOWN
Monday 15th February 2021 – Juniors Day – Times 10am to 3pm. Price: £56 Reduced to £53 for members
Thursday 18th & Friday 19th February 2021 – Northbrook 2 Day Training Camp. Price: £125 Reduced to £120 for members
Entry Forms for the above are in the booking office. Entries can only be accepted with payment. Please see cancellation policy for these events written within the schedule.
COVID-19 LATEST UPDATE: 2nd January 2021
We are able to stay open under current guidelines.
The only lessons that are cancelled are adult groups. Adults can only ride in private lessons or as a group in from same household. All children’s lessons remain unchanged.
Please sanitise your hands and we would appreciate clients wearing gloves to ride.
One person in the booking office only at a time.
Clients are only permitted to go the a stable to collect their horse for their lesson. Therefore we ask people to stay off yard areas and just standing at front of school area when watching lessons or the view gallery.
LOCKDOWN UPDATE: 5TH NOVEMBER, 2020
As per the government guidelines, we have closed until 2nd December, when the lockdown ends.
All our riders are having their next lesson moved to the first opening week in December, all as per their normal day and normal time slot. This is being confirmed which each client and their money is being forwarded to that slot. Any clients not turning up for their lesson in December will loose their credit, as per our normal policy.

All Covid restrictions, precautions and social distancing will continue in December.

DUE THE CORONA VIRUS, ALL OWN A PONY DAYS AND OTHER ACTIVITY DAYS WERE CANCELLED THROUGH THE EASTER HOLIDAYS AND MAY HALF TERM.
WE ARE WAITING TO SEE IF THERE IS ANY CHANCE OF RUNNING OUR SUMMER RESIDENTIAL CAMPS
OCTOBER HALF TERM DIARY DATES 2018
2 DAY JUMPING CAMP (STAY OVER) – MONDAY 22ND & TUESDAY 23RD OCTOBER 18
The 2 day camp is for all riders that are confident in hour lessons. Will need to bring an overnight bag, sleeping bag and pillow. Two days worth of riding clothes, plus a clean change of clothes for the Monday evening. The two days is based around jumping techniques to master a course of jumps and we will also be venturing out on to the cross country field. Only need to bring a packed lunch for the first day, as evening meals, cooked breakfast and lunch will be provided by Northbrook. A lovely rosette for all that attend. Entry Forms are available and spaces will be limited. Please inquire for further details
1 DAY JUNIOR CAMP – THURSDAY 25TH OCTOBER 18
A great day at the yard involving riding both morning and afternoon, working on rider balance and using pole work. You do not have to be confident or even able to canter to be in this camp. Suitable for our more novice riders. Will need to bring a packed lunch. Rosettes to all that attend. Entry Forms now available.
1 DAY ADULT POLE WORK CAMP – SUNDAY 28TH OCTOBER 2018;
A great day at the yard for our adults working on your rider balance and being able to work your horse into a more consisistant contact, looking at straightness and impulsion. This will be achieved with a pole work course. Riding before and after lunch. Northbrook will provide a lunch for our adults giving them a little time to relax and discuss their ridden work.
**COMING SOON TO NORTHBROOK – A HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL AND CARING DOG GROOMING FACILITY. “Canine Complete Care” soon to be opening here in a beautifully designed and equipped log cabin. We will be offering all styles of dog grooming and coat care. We will also be offering, physio therapy, puppy socialisation classes and obedience training. We will be looking to hold fun dog shows and will soon have our own Facebook page.

Our very popular activity day for our younger and more novice riders. Two separate riding sessions and some uncounted training. Will be fun and informative (to include some Pony Club training) A beautiful rosette for all that attend. Bring your packed lunch

Thursday 12th April 1 Day Junior Camp
Lets have a great day for you guys!! A fun, action packed day. Maybe we can venture out into the cross country field and do some team jumping in the arena. Lots of exciting riding planned for our riders. Bring a packed lunch and a smile. Junior Camp rosettes for all that attend.

ADULT SUNSET HACK (DATES TO BE SET FOR 2018)
A lovely evening for our adults clients to unwind on horseback. Spend time grooming your horse and tacking up and then off out we go. On our route home we should be able to see the sun setting across the beautiful countryside with Northbrook in view at the bottom of the hill. Afterwards you are welcome to enjoy a relaxed time on the patio with a glass of Prosecco. What a lovely way to end the day
Adult Evening Hacks (DATES TO BE SET FOR 2018)
Again, especially for our adults, a lovely leisurely hack out early evening. A great way to unwind after work. Tea, coffee and biscuits upon your return, giving us a chance to relax and chat about our hack
OWN A PONY DAYS
A great fun day for younger and less experienced children and also our young Pony Club Members. Lots of time around the ponies, grooming and handling. Riding lesson in the morning plus a second fun riding session in the afternoon. Need to bring a packed lunch. All participants receive a special “Own a Pony Day” rosette. Times: 9.30 to 3.30pm. NORTHBROOK SUMMER RESIDENTIAL CAMP!!!!
SENIORS MONDAY 6TH TO 9TH AUGUST 2018 & JUNIOR RESIDENTIAL CAMP FROM 12TH TO 15TH AUGUST
Wow – its back again!! Our amazing summer camp just becomes more fun every year. This year we will be running two camps to cope with the demand and the variation in rider age and ability. So much riding every day covering flat work, grid work, jumping, cross country, bare back, horse ball and some hacking. Also fun for the campers in the hot tub and swimming pool. Full camping itinerary and information sheet available for our campers. Please inquire for more information. Entry Forms will be available at the beginning of March 2018
